The Grace Period, also called the Monitor Alert Delay, refers to the length of time set between a worker missing their check in and when their monitor will receive an alert.
- To set it up go into the Ok Alone dashboard and select ‘Settings’ on the left-hand toolbar.
- Select the drop-down menu for ‘Monitor Alert Delay’. Choose a length of time by clicking on it.
- Click ‘Update’ at the bottom of the screen to save your choice.
Ok Alone also has Flexible Alert Delays available for Worker Down and High Risk check-ins.
